Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Blink Social you confirm you have read, understood and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you sign up on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

Blink Social is a web-based software service that helps you view metrics, publish videos to multiple social channels, review an activity log and track public competitor channels.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• An account is for one organization; do not share it with third parties outside your organization.

4. Channels you connect

You may only connect channels you own or are authorized by the owner to manage. You grant us permission to read metrics and publish content to those channels exactly as you instruct, and you can revoke it at any time.

5. Your content

• You retain all rights to the videos, images and captions you upload.
• You represent that you hold the necessary rights (including copyright in visuals and music) and that your content does not violate the law or others' rights.
• You are responsible for everything published from your account. Videos are stored temporarily and deleted automatically as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

• Comply with each platform's terms and community guidelines (Meta, YouTube, TikTok).
• Do not publish spam, fraudulent or unlawful content, or content infringing third-party rights.
• Do not use the service to exceed quotas or evade platform restrictions.
• Do not probe for vulnerabilities, access other accounts' data, or generate abnormal load.
• Do not copy, reverse-engineer or resell the service without our written consent.

7. Third-party platforms

The service works through the official APIs of Meta, Google/YouTube and TikTok, each with its own terms, quotas and review processes. They may reject, restrict the visibility of, or remove content, or change or discontinue their APIs. We do not guarantee every post will succeed and are not responsible for those platforms' decisions.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled posts may be delayed or fail if our system or a platform has an outage; please check the Log.

9. Displayed figures

Figures come from the platforms you connect and may lag or differ from the original apps. Competitor figures you enter by hand are your responsibility. Figures are for reference in your business decisions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost data, or consequences of a platform blocking or restricting your channel. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the 6 months preceding the event.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for serious breach of these terms, after notice, except in security emergencies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved by negotiation; failing that, by the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them.
