Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Blink Social is a multi-channel social media management tool for businesses, operated by CÔNG TY TRUYỀN THÔNG KĨ THUẬT SỐ BLINKATZ, 224/136/13 Đường số 8, Phường Bình Hưng Hoà, Quận Bình Tân, TP. Hồ Chí Minh (Vietnam).

2. What the service does

Blink Social lets you connect YOUR OWN social channels (Facebook Pages, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) to: (a) view performance metrics in one dashboard; (b) upload one video and publish it to several channels at once; (c) review a log of the actions taken; (d) compare against public channels of competitors.

We only PUBLISH a video when you press publish or schedule it. We never post on our own, and we do not delete or edit existing posts or content on your channels.

3. Data we collect

• Account information: email, hashed password, name, company/brand name.
• Information about the channels you connect: ID, name, avatar, username, follower count.
• Channel performance metrics (views, reach, engagement, post counts) and a list of recent posts with their metrics (title/caption, link, thumbnail, views, likes, comments, shares).
• Access tokens issued by the platform so we can read metrics and publish on your behalf. Tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before storage.
• Videos and captions you upload for publishing — stored only temporarily, see section 7.
• Activity log: sign-ins, channel connections, successful/failed posts, system errors — so you can follow what happened and so we can fix problems.
• We do NOT collect payment card numbers, and we do not read private messages, friend lists or personal information of your followers.

4. Google / YouTube data — Limited Use

When you connect a YouTube channel we request three permissions: upload videos (youtube.upload), view channel and video information (youtube.readonly), and view channel analytics (yt-analytics.readonly).

We use them only to show your channel metrics inside your own account and to upload the videos you choose to publish. We do not delete or edit existing videos.

Blink Social's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do NOT sell your Google data, do NOT use it for advertising, and do NOT use it to train AI models. Our staff do not read your Google data unless you explicitly allow it for support, the law requires it, or it is needed for security and abuse prevention.

5. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) data

When you connect, we request permission to list the Pages you manage, read Page/Instagram engagement and insights, and publish videos to the Pages/Instagram accounts you choose.

We use data received from Meta only to provide the features in section 2 to you, in line with Meta's Platform Terms. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or transfer it to data brokers.

6. TikTok data

When you connect, we request permission to read basic profile information and account statistics, list your videos, and publish videos on your behalf.

We use data received from TikTok only to show metrics and publish videos at your request, in line with TikTok's developer terms. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

7. Videos you upload

Videos are stored only TEMPORARILY on our server to publish them to the channels you select. The system AUTOMATICALLY DELETES the video as soon as every selected channel has finished publishing. If a post failed or is scheduled, the video is kept for at most 7 days and then deleted. You can also delete a video manually at any time.

After deletion we keep only a small cover image, the caption, the link to the published post and the log.

8. Competitor data

When you add a competitor channel we only fetch public information (name, follower count, post count) through the platform's official interface, or you enter it by hand, to draw comparison charts inside your own account.

9. How we use data

• Show reports, publish posts and keep logs for your account only.
• Sync metrics periodically so reports stay current.
• Operate your account and provide support.
• Secure the system and detect fraud and technical incidents.
• We do not use your data for any other purpose and do not combine it with other customers' data.

10. Sharing with third parties

We do NOT sell, rent or trade your data. Data is only sent to the platforms you connected (Meta, Google/YouTube, TikTok) when carrying out what you ask.

The system runs on a virtual server rented from the infrastructure provider iNET. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services inside the app.

11. Retention and deletion

• Removing a channel in the Channels page immediately deletes its tokens, metrics and synced post list.
• You may request deletion of your whole account and data by emailing the address in section 15 or following the instructions at https://social.blinkatz.com/data-deletion.
• The activity log is kept while your account exists.

12. Security

All connections use HTTPS. Channel tokens are encrypted at rest. Each company's data is kept separate; users of one company cannot see another's data.

No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach occurs, we will notify affected accounts as soon as reasonably possible.

13. Your rights

You may access, correct, export and request deletion of your data. You can revoke our access at any time in the security settings of Facebook, Google or TikTok; once revoked we can no longer read or publish to that channel.

14. Changes to this policy

For material changes we will update this page and notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
